What is the replacement policy for Odesh?

  The products will only be replaced if there is a defect/damage in the product or if the product does not qualify the given specifications.

What items can I exchange?

The items eligible for exchange are the ones with any defect/damage, otherwise exchange/replacement is not allowed.

Can I return a part of my order?

Yes, if a part of an order is damaged, that part of the delivery will be replaced.

Is there any refund policy?

      No, there is no refund policy in Odesh

I have requested a replacement, when will I get it?

       The replacement would be going through a validity check, if approved, then the replacement will be valid. It would take a minimum time of 15-20 days for the replacement.

Can I cancel my order?

 No, you cannot cancel your order.

How do I pay for a purchase?

You can purchase a product only through internet banking.

Are there any hidden charges?

As the GST is applied to handicrafts, you have to pay the GST applicable for the handicrafts.

Who has to pay for the transportation?

The consumer has to pay for the product.

Why do I have to pay for the transport?

As an NGO working for the artisans and the handicraft, we have limited resources. So the freight charges are to be taken care by the consumer/buyer. 

What is the delivery time?

The product will take at least 7 to 10 days to reach depending on the geographical location.

Does Odesh deliver internationally?

Yes, Odesh delivers internationally unless the freight charges are payed by the consumer.
